How we use information

• Operate and improve the platform, including matching artists and producers.
• Process subscriptions and payments through Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (booking requests, account notifications, security alerts).
• Send product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing).
• Other users when you choose to make profile information public or send messages and booking requests.

Data retention

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below; some records may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Loyal Talent Connect is operated from the United States. By using the service, you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Children

The platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
