Terms of Service

1. The service

Loyal Talent Connect is a marketplace that helps circus artists showcase their work and connect with producers and shows. We are not an employer, agent, or party to any contract you enter with another user.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the service.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your password.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice for upcoming billing cycles.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile information, photos, videos, messages). You grant Loyal Talent Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation.
• Post unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform data without our written permission.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
• Use the platform to solicit users for purposes unrelated to circus work.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Bookings between users

Bookings, performance agreements, payments outside the platform, travel, insurance, and visas are the sole responsibility of the artists and producers involved. Loyal Talent Connect does not guarantee bookings, performance quality, or payment between users.

7. Intellectual property

The Loyal Talent Connect name, logo, and platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our brand without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyal Talent Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
